NMN Visuals provides design and development services as outlined in our service agreements. All projects require a signed contract and an initial deposit before work begins.
Project timelines and deliverables will be specified in individual project agreements. Changes to project scope may result in additional costs and extended timelines.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project agreements. Typically, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to pause work on projects with outstanding payments.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NMN Visuals, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanpur for the resolution of any disputes.
